We have asked Juan and his team to perform highly technical work on very aggressive schedules, and they have always met or surpassed our expectations. Because of their long-standing excellent relationship with DSA, they have been able to navigate the approval and oversight process to allow for timely delivery of important projects to our teachers and students.

I have had the pleasure of working with Wes and his team for over 10 years. They have done several projects for Pittsburg USD including a ground-up new school, assisting with DSA closeouts, and HVAC retrofits. It’s been my experience that the team is truly focused on customer service and ensuring the best outcome for the School District. They have really been creative in finding ways to be efficient and effective at the same time.

I have personally worked on several projects with the DCA/VCSI team. From project managers to architects, the team has exhibited first-rate professionalism, excellent work ethic and a steadfast commitment to ensure the success of each project. As Superintendent, it is paramount to have trust, support, and guidance from your business partners to ensure proper execution of capital improvement projects.

Skillfully led by Juan, the Design-Build team delivered our new Interdisciplinary & Fire Arts Building at San Jose City College on time and under budget. The new facility exceeded our expectations and became a point of pride for our community.
